Too much computer time is not healthy

We live in a digital age where you always seem to be connected. Whether is be through e-mail, IM, texting, cell phones, GPS, or having a chip inserted under your skin – I know one of you has a really jealous girlfriend that is tracking you 24×7. Well maybe you should take a break and just go for a walk completely unplugged or end up like one of these people.
